Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of Drake Power Systems Limited Senior Management to provide a reliable and efficient service giving on-time delivery of quality products to an agreed specification, whilst pursuing the Company's long term objectives of continuous expansion and the compliance to requisite statutory and safety regulations.

In order to achieve this the Company supports a fully integrated Documented Quality System which is independently assessed by a third party.

The Documented Quality System ensures that the Company can fulfill contractual obligations by:

Ensuring that the Company has the ability to design and/or supply conforming product to customer specified requirements

Ensuring that all activities which directly affect the quality of service are carried out under controlled conditions

Continuous monitoring and analysis of quality indicators which provide the feedback to enable quality improvement against customer needs

Providing up to date instructions and training to all personnel together with the promotion of quality awareness

The Senior Management ensures that this policy is communicated, understood and implemented at all levels in the organisation.

Drake Power Systems was awarded the ISO 9001 standard in January 1998 by the internationally recognised approval body Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). The scope of the certificate covered the "Design and manufacture of transformers and power supplies and the service and calibration of power supplies and associated equipment".

The company wholeheartedly believes that the quality of its product is reliant upon its staff and therefore invests in continuous training for all of its employees.
